3-6 year old (30 to 45 min session):
Children will learn the fun way about basic yoga moves whilst learning controlled relaxation breathing that may be applied in times of stress in their life. During the sessions we sing and play whilst we visit the world of yoga and it’s forest filled with happy animals. By wrapping the yoga up in a story for kids it becomes more interesting and engaging.
7-10 years old (45 to 60 min session):
Children concentrate more on traditional yoga poses using fun games to help with improved physical movement and memory games to expand brain power. By encouraging their imagination we will go for adventures in various story themes working together to learn trust and cooperate with one another. At the end of the session we perform a relaxing meditation combined with EFT (emotional freedom technique) to remove any of the negative feelings the child might have or just simply emphasis happiness.
